Terms & Conditions

These are the rules that govern your use of Tallied. We've written them plainly so you don't need a lawyer to understand them.

Last updated: 23 April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Tallied platform (app.tallied.pk, any custom domain we host on your behalf, and any related services — collectively "the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Tallied is operated by Tallied (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan, office at TF-121, Deans Trade Center, Peshawar. These terms are between you (the account holder) and us.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tallied.pk if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your firm to an agreement. One account per consultant firm; additional users can be added from the admin console.

3. Subscription & Billing

Tallied operates on a pay-as-you-go model:

  • Rs 1,500 per business per month — prorated for the first partial month
  • Rs 5,000 per month — optional Custom Domain add-on
  • Rs 30,000 one-time — onboarding fee

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each calendar month and are due within 7 days (grace period). Unpaid invoices beyond the grace period result in access suspension until paid. Deleting a business mid-month does not entitle you to a refund for that month.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Fee changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We store it, process it on your behalf, and back it up — we never sell it, share it with marketing partners, or train any AI model on it.

You can export your invoices at any time from the admin console. On account closure, you may request a full data export within 30 days before we permanently delete it.

For the data we collect about our marketing site visitors (tallied.pk), see our privacy practices on the contact page — in short, we only collect what you voluntarily submit via forms.

5. FBR Integration

Tallied facilitates invoice submission to the FBR Digital Invoicing (DI) API using credentials (Sandbox & Production Tokens) you obtain directly from PRAL. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and keeping your FBR tokens valid
  • Configuring the correct business details (NTN, province, address) on each business
  • Verifying invoice data before submission
  • All communications with FBR regarding assessment, audit, or compliance
Tallied is not an FBR-registered consultant, lawyer, or audit firm. We don't give tax advice or file returns. We only provide the software that submits invoices you compose to FBR's DI system.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit invoices for transactions that did not actually occur
  • Use the Service to evade tax obligations or defraud FBR
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service
  • Use the Service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization
  • Resell or sublicense Tallied without a written partnership agreement

We reserve the right to suspend any account whose usage patterns suggest fraudulent or abusive activity, subject to a fair review.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tallied platform, including the name, logo, UI, source code, documentation, and all associated brand assets, are owned by Tallied (Private) Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service, except that you may use your custom-domain branded portal with your own name and logo as intended.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via the in-app banner or email. We can't guarantee the availability of external systems we depend on (FBR PRAL, payment processors, SMS gateways).

9. Termination

You can close your account any time by emailing support@tallied.pk. We'll clear the outstanding balance, generate a final invoice, then close the account. You have 30 days thereafter to export your data.

We can terminate an account for: non-payment past grace, breach of these Terms, or legal obligation. We'll always notify you first unless immediate action is required.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tallied is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: (a) FBR penalties or tax liabilities (you remain responsible for the accuracy of your filings), (b) data loss caused by you or your users, (c) loss of profit or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of Peshawar.
